Surabaya, Dalil Soheh. The plan of Institute for Legal Assistance (LPBH) of East Javas Regional Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (PWNU) to submit accusation of class action of PT Lapindo Brantas Inc., was for a while suspended for the local residents were still awkward to delegate their representatives.
